How it works
Four steps to your holiday
Lay-Bye Holidays® is available on selected packages. Ask us which packages qualify when you enquire.
Choose a package
Pick a package and travel date, and we confirm the price and payment plan.
Pay a 20% deposit
Your Lay-Bye contract becomes active once the deposit clears in our account. The deposit is non-refundable.
Pay monthly, interest-free
At least four equal monthly instalments at 0% interest.
Final payment, then travel
The last instalment is due 60 days before departure. Then your package is yours.
Ways to pay
- Cash
- Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- Bank debit order (South African residents and companies with a South African bank account)
Lay-Bye instalments cannot be paid by credit card.
Good to know
- Lay-Bye contracts follow Amrho's standard terms and conditions and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act.
- Cancellation penalties range from 20% to 100%, depending on how close to departure you cancel and the costs already incurred. Each package's cancellation policy is given at the time of sale.
- Lay-Bye Holidays® are sold directly by Amrho and through approved independent travel consultants and agents.
